Bieber keeps trying to break into the country market, and he'll never succeed. Collaborating with Rascal Flatts didn't work in his favor, and collaborating with Taylor won't get him on country radio either.

I think the reason for YBWM's high increase in views on Youtube could be due to its worldwide appeal. The first video I ever saw from Taylor was You Belong WIth Me on tv and had the chorus stuck in my head. That eventually lead me to search up the video youtube, and I slowly discovered her music... and later, you know.
So my point is, YBWM MV is probably the first video someone will look up when fascination for Taylor hits them... hence the huge increase in views.
