There's this song by Taylor that's co-written with Liz Rose, it's called "Need You Now", and it follows (or originates) sarcastic song titles like "Forever & Always" and "White Horse". It has already leaked and you've all probably heard it.
I used to wonder what the problem with my speakers could be when this was on and found out it's the song itself. Same case, most likely, with the results of its radio airplay.
It was one of my favourites on the first listen. I still like it though. Just not my favourite anymore.
Well, The Story of Us is catchy. It's just too....generic. I mean, very generic. Ugh. And i hate them for releasing it cause it doesn't broaden the musical appeal of Taylor which she could have had based on the material at Speak Now. I mean, i hate them for just trying to recreate YBWM and not offer something new to show her musical maturity and diversity. Ugh. They're just trying to keep her in the same box she was during the previous eras. The girl needs to show her growth BMR!
