I think the "shocked face" thing is sort of like she had a tiger by the tail...she does love to live every success with joy but also after doing it it became sort of expected of her, and people mocked her for it so maybe in her subconscious she just felt she had to to show em. I don't know; but some of her wins I think she was genuinely shocked. I mean..everyone expected Gaga to beat her at the grammies, there was even outrage that gaga didn't, and the same goes for her wins against michael jackson and Adele at the AMAs. Also last yr at the CMAs when her anti-fans were criticizing her for her look of despondence when Miranda Lambert won FVoTY...they forget but the previous year Miranda had the very same look of disbelief and even more disgust on her face when Tay won her only FVoTY award at the 2009 CMAs.
So sometimes I am convinced she is shocked, but for her own sake and reputation as an adult artist I think she'll learn to show less reaction, and use a more dignified approach to any further award wins. Of course...in a way this is less genuine than her over-the-top shock and joy...its sort of 6 of one, half dozen of the other.
