Fans in Korea kinda kicked EXO-M out of EXO. Their fancafe doesn't include EXO-M members and still use the name EXO but not EXO-K. Now I think EXO-M is just a tool for SM to make money in China and the money will be used on EXO-K. China is still a much larger market than Korea even the music industry is a mess.

Why does this not surprise me...they should have just been a 12orso member group. I think Kris in EXO-K would have been acceptable

I also feel bad for Xiu Min and Chen. Like, wtf were they thinking when they put these two korean guys in EXO-M ?
Ofc EXO-K is going to get more exposure ( flaw free sub unit tbh ), but I believe EXO-M will do well too, China has a bigger market so I ain't worried for them. They're going to have their own fanbase too.

Chinese fanclub has been controlled by fellows from SM as we expected. In EXO bar(the biggest fanclub of EXO in China), EXO-M posts are always being deleted. I've seen the fans complaining thousand times. A lot of Chinese girls pay attention to EXO just because there are 4 Chinese members in it and we thought SM are going hardcore in China. I'm really disappointed now.

EXO showcase was so epic. I can't wait for the second part.

I thought both of the YG trainees slayed and watching that amped up my excitement for their debut by a lot. I'm seeing a mini Minzy & CL in the making. The girl on the right slayed, LOVED her rapping and singing. Sure, they aren't spectacular looking, but let's be honest, neither is 2NE1 without makeup. I'm sure they'll look great after they get the "YG treatment".

I hear you, but they look boring, CL & Minzy might not look amazing without make-up, but they look interesting.
As for Bom & Dara, they look great fresh-faced.
It's rare to find K-idols who look great without make-up, anyways (Jessica is a good example )

Still excited though, I'm sure we'll be slayed, and Seungri's little sister is rumored to be a member.
