The one that the artist had something to do with - tour ticket and album bundle. Most people who bought the tickets didn't buy them to get the album, so they were basically forced to get the album.

Every copy of BTW was paid for in full price by Amazon and the deal had nothing to do with Gaga and/or her team. Amazon took a chance and lost money so they could promote their service.

Also, one worked and the other didn't.
