Taylor always say that her favorites are the ones that she has finished writing the fastest. ie Love Story and THE STORY OF US (so that's why it is a single)
So if that's the case, she must really, I mean really, really hate SPARKS FLY (2 years in the making)
Everything is so clear now.
It's only because of us she put it on the album. Oh well, it's another #1 for her.
Its more that she didn't perform. Performances matter alot more than awards now winning EOTY and performing would have been huge but just winning EOTY does very little for sales but it does help her legacy
Yes!

She's got 35 to pick out of. The summer should just be finishing and fine tuning everything.
Why would they release a bonus song that didn't even made the cut of Speak Now? Simply because its country radio-friendly. Of course they did not release Speak Now or Enchanted to country because it would break the streak.
And since it's new to iTunes, it would climb a lot easier.
especially when you consider the album has been out for a year and a half
i think its max. sales would probably be around 4.5 million.
I wanted it to reach 5 million
Someday.

I always get surprised because physical sales are way stronger
I notice how sometimes Speak Now would be no.70 on iTunes and in the 40's on Billboard
iTunes is kind of biased if you think about it, shows the popular songs but when the fans go crazy over a new single it's because of the artist so I'm glad Billboard introduced streaming because it represents which is the more popular song.
Sparks Fly didn't really take '' 2 years in the making ''
It's as simple as Taylor writing the song , then forgot about it until fans wanted it
she went and re-visited the song and probably finished editing it in like 2 days
I bet If you put how much it took Sparks Fly to be ready , the days wouldn't cross 5 .
I honestly don't think she likes the song as well.

I don't even know what to say right now. Hopefully, no more messes like Mine's too early pop release, BTD's late and understated mv, Mean being the countriest song being blocked, TSOU release ( but great MV, I want Nobles again), SF mess, and leaving out gems such as Enchanted.
No but I feel like that might have been her favorite. Enchanted would never work (too long) and Speak Now wouldn't even make the top 10. The problem I had with her statement was comparing it to Katy. The goal of sending a song out to radio is for it help bring in new fans and that is what Ours did
