yeah that is true, but regardless of how good someone is at expressing themselves you can still learn a lot about their intelligence based on the message they are trying to convey
for example Sarah Palin is good at expressing herself, but I don't think she is very intelligent at all and you can tell based on what she says.. even though she says it well
