The thing is that the "Hannah" character had it's back with a TVshow, without the Disney team behind it, it would have never worked. Sasha on the other hand is like what Roman is to Nicki to some form, it is an alterego but for the music, it's not a gimmick for a tvshow. I think in the end Sasha Fierce will be more rememberable, the Hannah CD's are already in the bargain for some time, Miley still struggles to some degree, while Beyoncé will grown to be a legend, with Sasha Fierce still being listed in years because of songs as Single Ladies, I I Were A Boy and Halo, while I can personally not name any Hannah Montana song.
I think Sasha also had more impact worldwide, yeah Hannah Montana was big, but mostly in certain areas, some kids went nuts and loved it, but overall it is just a tvshow, just like Wizards Of Waverly Place etc. Beyoncé topped the charts worldwide, most people know the dance to Single Ladies, people from 5 to 80 identify the song and/or choreo, most people have heard Halo, it had more of an impact imo.

yeah overall the character of Hannah Montana will be rememered, but beside that the music is just forgettable and will probably just end up mentioned as kids tvshow, nothing more or less

I don't think the general public will look back on Single Ladies or Sweet Dreams as: "OMG remember that Sasha Fierce song? Single Ladies! Loved it!", They'll use Beyonce's name. While Hannah is a name that will stick aroung for years to come.
