Personally I don't think it's a control issue. I think Interscope really did believe this era was going to be HUGE! So instead this time I think they'll play it safe. There's interviews to back Interscope being a bit over confident as well.

I kind of hope she tones it down a bit. Just for the sake of her younger fans. At the time she did the Monsterball she was really free spirited in how she felt about what she showed to her younger audience and I hope that changes just a bit. So it's not uncomfortable to watch.
