It's was sooooo freakin' hard !! I work out 5 times a week for 3 hours. And I don't eat bread, rice, patatoes, pasta and I don't eat after 6 pm which is pretty hard because I loooooove food ! The first two weeks were horrible especially the workouts.But then it became easier and now I'm so proud of myself that I didn't gave up !
