The Glee cover was originally meant for the release for RHI, Columbia sent out RHI first, before choosing SFTTR and by then Glee already taped the RHI cover and it was too late.

Unfortunately, probably not. Her label or management said a while back that RHI will probably be her last single of "21".

watch this link. one of the song writers. Ryan Tedder, who cowrote TT and RHI says that TT will be the 5th single. not sure if we can use this as confirmation but its better than nothing. ALSO they said SFFTR was the last single for 21 but look RHI is the 4th single so keep the doors open for any other singles
