And she has said countless times, in interview and on TV, ellen show for example how hurtful people can be to her online.
Actions speak louder than words.

If Justin knows how much what is said hurts her and he can LESSEN that by speaking up, then why doesn't he?

Well, we don't know any of that because we don't talk to either of them. Based on the facts given us, he's weak.

And, like I said. It's not even how Selena is handling it. It's how Bieber is dealing with it. It's just disrespectful. And he just lets it happen. And for what reason? Selfish reasons. That's what makes it worse.

Im not saying that she acts like nothing happened i just mean that other people would cancel projects and just not be in the business for a while. She got her break for a couple of weeks now she continues with working. And yes she mentioned in on TV but she also said she got to a point where she just laughs about it which i actually not really belive
because the hate doesnt seem to stop. She's sorrounded by very good people. I think Mandy is one of the reasons that she's very kind and nice to people. Because if i was her, i would make all the beliebers so mad and jealous by posting kissing pics and tweets to him.

In his defence, Justin has spoken out a few times in interviews that the hate effects him. Remember that interview he had where someone mentioned him dating Selena and he asked if they don't like it, they said no, then he said 'so you don't want me to be happy?' I think a lot of those small things are enough and his fans have been providing her with less and less hate.

People don't really quit jobs over miscarriages. Unfortunaly, they happen a lot. Like Beyonce had one, and no one even knew. I remember Brenda Song being out a couple of weeks after she lost her baby as well. I don't think the way Selena has been dealing is out of the norm.

This is one of the main reasons why I really dislike him. All he tweets about is how much he loves them for what they do, and that's cool but it wouldn't hurt to add 'Please stop disrespecting my girlfriend' to one of his tweets. To them it seems like he doesn't have any problem with them hating and all.
