I don't even have an opinion on this situation anymore, to be honest. On one hand, I think it'd be most prudent to release a TTT video and push WHYB back to May or June, but on the other, it might be best with Birthday Cake in the way to let BC, TTT, TC, and POC die next month and through a small portion of May then release WHYB sometime that month.
