Adele's voice is very distinct and sounds flawless is the studio. My only problem with her live vocals is that her voice doesn't go anywhere. The way she sounds at the beginning of a song is the same exact way she sounds at the end. Sometimes you just need to be taken there, ya know?
I find this sort of weird since Adele live pretty much sounds exactly like how she sounds like on her album.

Sure, but I don't understand your point. Christina has performances that blow half the girls including Kelly out of the water here.

Constantly? What about all the performances that she never strained for? She strains more than ever now, I'll give you that. But majority of her performances have been far before she started losing her voice at it's peak.
