I'm loving and respecting her so much more after watching her interviews and the mini documentary about the making of the album. She's seems so real and committed to her craft.
Is it just me or does the Like I Love You instrumental sound almost exactly like Man Down by Rihanna? I looked at the production credits and it doesn't cite the guy who made Man Down as a producer.
Finally decided to check her out, and the song 4AM is just incredible. Easily one of my 5 favorite songs of 2012 so far, everything about it is just incredible.
I don't know if this is better than The Bridge, but there's a bit more diversity here. TB had mostly retro-sounding R&B songs on it. With this album, you get that and more. I'm enjoying it.
I love how "this time" is the first song. She started out the album with an epic song.
I'm halfway through the album so far it sounds great. I wish it was promoted more, it's a great album, possibly the best r&b album released in 2012 so far.

The album is too long. It picks up after 'Watch me Work'. A lot of the album could have been cut especially in the beginning.

what's wrong with u?
4AM, Wrong Side of a Love Song, Goen and Never Coming Back are the best songs off the album
Change the record could be a big hit
Not to mention This Time

It drags in the beginning to me. I love 'This Time' but other than that a lot of that could have seen the cutting room floor.
Wrong Side of A Love Song is clearly the best song on the album, at least for me. If she released it as a single, does anyone else see it being a huge hit for Urban AC?
