Oh come on. I'm a Shakira stan and I see what she means. She means that she wants it to be an empowering song for the two, not a song based on jealousy between two women. Beautiful Liar was kinda weird and not a good song. Shaki's worst move was to jump on it, besides the Lil' Wayne collab. None of the two singles were iconic.

Right. With Katy we focus on critically-acclaimed, timeless music with a focus on being iconic. I completely agree. I love that that is her focus in music.
