Mediabase I believe she reached 43 million with Mean and 40-41 million on billboard and the last to be higher than that was Carrie with Jesus take the Wheel but the source never stated that was the record.

I don't remember how much she reached with mean on mediabase...But it's probably what you said, since the overall airplay was 52 million
