apparently the new rule for the Billboard Hot 100 is 35% sales, 50% airplay, 10% on-demand streaming and 5% online streaming
It's not sure tho. But it could be. But if it is true, then this sucks because it'll be much harder for an artist like Demi to peak high. ugh.

They had/have the bank secrecy because they were neutral and treated their costumers the same as the governments claiming they had the right to get their costumer's info...
