Finally home & managed to get to a computer.
The Melbourne concert from the 14th I attended was the original/first date planned. Sold out show of hardcore Taylor fans. Hope you don't mind me elaborating a little. Im a casual fan of Taylor but some concert buddies managed to sway me into attending her concert. We lined up all day & were offered pit passes but we declined, simply because it would unfair on the hardcore fans who deserve it. We still managed front barrier corner in general admission, aside from the security getting in the way it was a great positioning. It was exciting going to a concert not knowing what to expect & it was pleasantly surprising I knew as many songs as I did. When the mic cut out 2songs in, she let the crowd finish off the song & got the crowd to complete silence. Apologised for the fault but screamed she was excited to sing in Melbourne. When the microphone turned back on, she jumped on the spot. She is so darn cute

Absolutely loved how she incorporated her musical talents with the storylines, themes & production. Would have been nice to watch it from a distance too. The crowd was insanely loud (as she wrote on twitter). Last Kiss was the song that took my breath away. But in general, the concert was a blast.
Watching the tween girls faint had me in fits of laughter, only because I've witnessed much worse at music festivals. We talked to security after the show, all 20 girls were fine after the show. Also a girl behind me was hysterically crying for half the show. Made me giggle but she was having a musical experience, good on her
Tbh, I never really gave Taylor too much of my time musically. It was mainly due to the reason a lot of her of fans are in the "under 18yrs old female category", it annoyed me. Not to mention, I get a lot of flack from friends about my musical "pop" taste, in other words, Taylor's my guilty pleasure. However, after the concert, I look at her in a completely different light. She really is such a wonderful role model to these girls, especially in comparison to other artists & what message they convey to the public. Her fanbase is very loyal & they will grow up with her. Im in complete awe of just how talented she really is. I know she's won countless awards, praise from the media, sold out arena tours, etc. It took only 2hours for her singing live to change my mind completely. Im not a stan but can see myself becoming major fan, hell its already started

Its nice to see such a young girl handle the pressure she is under, take it in her stride & continue being a talented artist/humble person.
Oh, before the show I was walking around the arena to find the bathrooms. A lady who worked there told me where to go & I had a feeling I was in a secure area but no-one said anything. As I was walking towards the doors to the carpark to leave the arena, I heard a few screams & the doors opened. I stopped walking & looked straight at Taylor. She smiled at me & I smiled back. I walked through the carpark after & was like "oh, that was Taylor"

I wasn't starstruck, it just didnt register it was her until after it happened. Definitely wasn't supposed to be in that area of the arena
Here's a link to my photos, sorry I had security heads & crowd hands in & out of my photos during the show. Feel free to share over the net, haven't watermarked them for that reason. I was also testing out my new compact camera.

I'll definitely be hanging around here from time to time, hope you don't mind me crashing the swiftie party.
