Yeah totally I can kinda interchange Judas/Scheisse but for the sake of having 3 I chose Judas. It usually changes on me depending on my mood though!

AMAZING
Is this America's youngest landlord? Meet the 14-year-old Lady Gaga fan who spent $12,000 on concrete block home
A 14-year-old girl has laid claim to being America's youngest landlord - after she splashed out $12,000 to take her first step onto the property ladder.
Willow Tufano raised half of the cash by clearing out and auctioning junk from foreclosed Florida properties her real estate agent mother, who contributed the remaining share, was selling. The two-bedroom concrete block home had been on the market for $100,000 at the peak of the property bubble in 2005.

Tycoon: Willow Tufano raised half of the cash by clearing out and auctioning junk from foreclosed Florida properties her real estate agent mother was selling
But it was reduced to just over a tenth of its initial price, and put up for auction, after its former owners could not afford to pay the mortgage and it was repossessed by the bank.
Lady Gaga fan Willow, who became interested in the property market when she was just seven-years-old by following her mother around, started to clear homes when the recession hit and the market turned.
On one business outing with her mother, she spotted how the house being sold was brimming with items that would otherwise be thrown away.
She asked the person who was about to buy the house whether he would mind if he cleared it for him.'It was filled with all kinds of stuff. I was like, 'I can sell this stuff if he'd want to let me have it,' she told National Public Radio.
M iss Tufano now owns the two bedroom concrete home, which was on the market for $100,000 in 2005
Before long Willow was making $500 per month clearing repossessed homes, and so when her mother spotted the two-bed up for auction she decided to try and buy it. She added: 'I was like, 'What if I bought a house? That would be crazy.'
Describing the place as a 'mess' when they bought it, it was soon cleaned up and is now being rented out to a young couple of $700 per month. And although she went halves with her mother, she has vowed to repay the family debt by the time she is 18.The teenager's deal, even though it sounds outlandish, was made possible because of the crashing of Florida's property values.
The Sunshine State has been one of the hardest hit by the recession, with RealtyTrac estimating one out of every 363 homes was in foreclosure in January. It has happened as homeowners, who are out of work, are unable to pay their mortgage repayments. The banks then take back control of the property and, because they have so many on their books, sell them off for a relative pittance.
