Truly one of Taylor's best. It shows the story of two lovers from the Renaissance era and how they reunite again in the modern world suggesting reincarnation.
The video runs smooth in the eyes and has a pretty gorgeous storyline although predictable. It is Taylor's very own version of Romeo and Juliet. I'm only bothered by her boobs which aren't much to be honest. I honestly think she should get a boob job.
The video was nominated for Video of the Year at the 45th Academy Country Music Awards, it won Video of the Year and Female Video of the Year at the 2009 CMT Music Awards, and Music Video of the Year at the 43rd Country Music Association. Even my country (Philippines) stans as it won Favorite International Video at the Myx Music Awards 2010.

The video is CRAZY! It follows the story of 3 stoned/drunk/baked/etc dudes who spread fiasco around town. The video had cameo appearances from a lot of celebs most notably Black Jack, Orlando Bloom, Will Ferrell, Amy Poehler and Kirsten Dunst.
There is actually a 30-minute long version of the video created in commemoration of the video's prequel, Beastie Boys' 1987 single (You Gotta) Fight For Your Right (To Party!). The real Beastie Boys appear on the extended version.

The video is awesome with the trio getting trapped in a deserted island and everything. It had a decent choreography and a hot wardrobe.
Michelle looked drunk in the video though. And why the **** did they leave their dancers in the island? Selfish bitches . And who was that guy who gave them clothes and followed them around? Poor character build-up .
I'm not sure if the video has received any awards or nominations. It's not on the Wiki page
I loved the "Survivor" video back in the day! Upon reflection, it makes little sense, but it's fun to remember a time when record labels would drop big bucks on expansive dance corps and elaborate set pieces.

Such a tragic love story I just love these kind of stories about obsessive love!
There is a censored version of the video with few modifications and a Funhouse Freakshow Edition directed by Carey Hart for P!nk's Greatest Hits album.
Unfortunately, this is P!nk's first and last appearance. And, yes, not even Stupid Girls got in
What a nice surprise! I totally forgot about it during the voting process, but "Please Don't Leave Me" is a great video. I can't believe that this is Pink's only appearance on the countdown; "Stupid Girls" definitely should have made it, at the very least.
