Basically, if you are for example afraid of someone because he is from a certain country (which was Brazil here) that's xenophobia

I don't see how hating on Brazillian Lovatics is having a fear of them though, so...

Yeah it does mean fear. But here people from townships had these big xenophobic attacks because the Zimbabweans were coming into our country and taking their jobs. Showing hatred towards them=hating=hate
