"Hot N Cold" definitely deserved to be #1 too and it's her best selling single!
She has 8 #1s on Top 40 radio if POM hits #1 there, 9/11 singles would have been #1 on Pop.

Not anymore, Firework, which should be at 5.3-4M, outsold it.

Tha lt would make 21 but for some reason BB doesn't count "I'm your angel" as a #1 debut anymore
It had something to do with a chart change the week it went #1

Yes, the worst is that it ended up selling more than the songs that blocked it
Btw, notice how most of the recent #1 debuts were produced by Dr. Luke

When will the full Hot 100 list be published?
Need to see how Safe & Sound is doing.

Everybody's talking about Katy debuting at #1 and Adele having 3 songs in the top ten. Did anyone else see that LMFAO is finally out of top ten?

Thinking about it now, I am really surprised Adele didn't sing SFTTR at the Grammy's and Katy's camp should be thanking her that she didn't! Even though SFTTR had nothing to prove since it was already #1 for two weeks.. they probably didn't anticipate Katy debuting a brand new single that would be released on iTunes right after. I really think if Adele had sang SFTTR, she would have blocked Katy's #1. Next week should be interesting, but I think it's Kelly's to lose. Katy will probably creep back up in a few weeks when her airplay is really high.

i don't think it's up to the record label or the artist on what's performed at the Grammy Awards. it's up to the committee who oversees performances, and RITD was probably the best choice considering it was the song that make her even more famous and nominated for multiple awards.

True. That was my reasoning when I was wondering what she would sing, I had assumed RITD because it was nominated for the big awards. But stranger things have happened, lol. I'd think given the hype around her they'd be happy if she burped into the microphone. haha

Not only that. PRA will probably be out of the top 20 for the first time in 10 months!

Yeah... didn't Nicki say that "Roman Holiday" was ultimately the committee's choice?

I think it is the Grammy organizers who decide what the artist performs. Justin Vernon said the organizers wanted them to collaborate with another artist, so that basically gave it away.
