We already have Part Of Me as the generic &recycled female pop song on radio, we don't need Starships.

it may be 16 M in Mediabase, but we all know that Nielsen numbers are usually less than that, which is what Billboard uses.. If it does debut, it will be in the 90s. if not, it may go in the Bubbling Under Hot 100 section, but won't count as a debut on the Hot 100.
I don't see anything generic about Part Of Me. Just because its a pop song doesn't mean it's generic Its a good hardy pop rock song , much in the same vein as Stronger.
Starships on the other hand is obviously generic, but it's still FRESH and a beautiful song. it better get the **** overplayed outta it!
