Well, it would be #1 if it wasn't for Whitney and Adele. Adele had a bigger impact yesterday, she won 6 awards including the most important ones, and Whitney is a legend. You can't put her in the context of every other single that comes out. She's not competing with Kelly, LMFAO, she's competing with one legend and a six-grammy winner.

Looking at Kworb, looks like the chart is slowly coming back to normal. I expect Adele or Perry to be #1 by tomorrow, with Kelly back in the top 5.

Katy is doing amazingly well with POM, no one can deny that. But some people are truly delusional if they think Adele not performing SFTTR didn't help Katy immensely. RITD will be much easier to pass since it's over a year old and more than 12 million Americans already own it.

Yeah but this is a week that songs will be selling about twice as much as normal, so she's actually climbing faster than a typical new release. Not to mention that the songs that got the Grammy boost last night were already high on the chart so she has had a lot of ground to make up and is doing it rather quickly.

Katy won't debut at #1 this week, Adele has 130M Airplay + the huge boost from the Grammys, I'd love her to debut at #1 but it is impossible.
