Britney doesn't need to promote the song and no shade, but Madonna usually only promotes her first single and then goes on tour.. maybe this album will be different but if anything, all Britney really would have to do is a music video, and Madonna can perform it w/ out Britney's vocals or with them in the background?

Honestly with how huge both of them are and their huge fan bases, they don't really need to promote it. If Britney is on the track it will definitely be the 2nd single and help Madonna kick off her tour.
