Stands out.....but not in a GaGa way, she stood out at PCA, the free newspaper on my bus had an article about best dressed and they chose her pic...she better not be wearing red lipstick though!
I think blue isn't Demi's best colour to wear... But I'm not sure really I like the style of the dress though. I like her hair most the way she has it most of the time lately.
