Madonna is getting an insane amount of promo. She has a video, a video spot on Idol, a huge radio deal, every celebrity gossip site is reporting about the song/video, she is Madonna, she has the biggest female rapper and a well-known indie superstar on her track - YES, her album is #1 but she is Madonna, every album has had a huge start, even the eventual flops. But NO, the single is not doing well.

I think she WILL get high after the Super Bowl but it will remain to be seen for how long.

Not yet. It just hit 5 million a month ago and already at 5.878 million (this week). Should hit 6 million next week easily, if the song gets the boost we're expecting. Then it'll probably reach 7 million by June if it keeps as stable as it has been.
