A lot of people are expecting Madonna to shoot to #1 after the Super Bowl. Since Kelly is singing the National Anthem, I think the exposure will allow her to retain the #1 spot since she still has such a huge lead.

Another act that people are completely forgetting about is LMFAO. It's very possible that both SAIKI and PRA will re-enter the top 10, possibly even the top 5. After BEP performed last year, IGF jumped all the way to #11, despite being nearly TWO YEARS OLD at the time. PRA/SAIKI are still relatively new, and are still fairly high on iTunes (SAIKI at #13, PRA at #29).

Every time The Motto gets near the top 10, someone blocks it. First Glee, then Gotye, and soon Madonna. Hopefully it'll get there soon, it deserves it so much.

PRA will go Top 5 for sure. It'll probably get the biggest boost.

Last time I checked, Kellys version of the National Anthem wasn't #1.

The exposure alone will help her, especially since her lead is already massive. Not to mention that they seem to love playing that Toyota commercial during football games.

And I would not sleep on PRA. I honestly think that song could see the biggest boost. It's exactly the type of song that benefits from the SB.

Usually whenever an artist performs on TV, their entire discography increases in sales, not just the song they performed. Not that it matters, since I think Madonna would probably get a bigger boost than Kelly anyway.

I think Lady Gaga fans aren't used to the concept of a song taking a long time to hit its peak in a chart, since Lady Gaga's songs peak first-week, so they think everybody else's does too. I remember a lot of them saying We Found Love was flopping when it was first released, because it didn't get to #1 on iTunes.

The National Anthem performance probs won't boost her, but IF they show the comercial once or twice, that's some nice exposure. Clearly Madonna will be #1 after the performance, it would be a massive fail if she didn't. Even the godawful The Time hit #1 after the Superbowl

Idk why some onf you are saying that Madonna isn't selling because of the album pre sale. I see that it is the single version the one charting on iTunes. So if ppl wanted to help her they would be buying both. I mean that's what they do with Adele. They buy her singles and also her album.

Even beyond that, the biggest iTunes album sales week in history isn't enough to account for the 60% difference between Madonna and #1. And that's assuming she's selling that many copies of MDNA.
