We have to request to get them to play GYHAB so it can be on their requesting list and we can finally text them normally 'play give your heart a break' instead of that long ass message

No, because they know those are fans that don't even listen. So then they don't like it.

Which is why I've always said to not overdo the texting and tweeting to stations with requests.

Online is all automated and is fine. Tweeting and texting is usually partly manual as well and they hate fans massively requesting because they know hardly any of em actually listen.
