To me it sounds like they are saying that Demi was at treatment but once word got out, they removed her. Now her team is staging a candid of her out going to out patient treatment to show that everything is ok.

They basically worded everything carefully so they wouldn't get in trouble.

Demi can still sign to an outpatient program, she's not stupid to sign in at a TC for like a week and leave, that's not gonna help her at ALL!

Demi is smart enough to sign in to an outpatient program.

She knows the word is gonna get out sooner or later.
