I think so, yes. There has been a thread dedicated to her new haircut, and the video has been posted there later when it was up. (The pic came first, then the video a day later or so.)
I read on a local Nashville blogger's site that Ke$ha and the Flaming Lips pulled up to some club or bar in Nashville in a Mercedes Taxi, spent the evening there, and then they apparently went back home to her place and continued recording- while drunk and/or probably high on something I assume.
Sounds like they are having a lot of fun together.
