Not random at all. Zheng has been to the Australian Open and Wimbledon semifinals and is a previous Top 15 player.

I hope Na Li can get past Clijsters tomorrow. Djokovic has been impressive thus far.

Poor Vania. She couldn't convert any of those break points (much like McHale last night) and is sent packing. Good to see Ivanovic getting some points though. Looks like Serena is yet again the only American standing.

I know Zheng's history, thanks, but she's very inconsistent and Bartoli is a much better player IMO.

what i remember that Zheng Ji was in Wimbledon semifinal in 2008, she is the first Chinese female player that through to the semi in grand slam..

then Li na took over the fame, and become the first Chinese female player that win Grand slam..

So zheng ji beat bartoli is not that surprising at all

And agree Djokovic is in stellar condition
