It almost happened already this year on iTunes. Take Care was #1, We Found Love was somewhere in the top 5 and Talk That Talk was at #11. It was the week that Glee Cast released Rumour Has It/Someone Like You, and The Motto was in the top 5 aswell.
It does concern me a bit that the song is so low for being $0.69 with all the AI it has. It fell pretty fast as well.
the song has been digitally available for 17 months, so most of the general public probably already has a copy of TOTGA. i was shocked when it went top ten on iTunes (even without the 69-cent sale price)
