Lol at Christina being technically good. Demi is a far better vocalist. Not even stanning. I'm being serious. At any age, Christina has not had the technique, power, resonance, range, or ease of Demi. She also shows no mucianship or control. Demi is a far better vocalist. She's surpassed one of her influences. In 5-10, let's hope she leaves KC in the dust.
Christina's vocal abilities are far too overrated. And the fact that the other person said that she and Adele of all people are FAR above and in a league of their own is laughable. Look at performances from Christina at the same age, she was a mess. Could barely hit anything above E5 to save her life and had terrible runs and bouts of oversinging.
I'm not saying Demi is immune to those problems are perfect, but she has much better control, chest range, and use of her voice.

Like I said, Demi isn't huge on radio. Radios are not going to be jumping on her songs automatically.

Demi has a lot of competition for adds next Tuesday... She is up against Adam Lambert, The Wanted, and Train... I'm scared again.

I like Christina's voice more, as to who has a bigger range all of that stuff I really don't know.
I just know that they are both incredible singers. And while I do enjoy and love Christina's voice more, I like her tone more than Demi's, I think Demi is great as-well.
^ You can't compare those two based on that. You're comparing a song that requires belting to one that is a simple pop song. Two different aims. I'm referring to when her career began. 19 vs 19, Demi wins.
I'm not knocking your opinion. People prefer different voices. I'm just saying that Demi is technically better. Most people will be opposed to that notion, mostly because she was marketed as THE VOICE among nontalented female pop singers when she arrived on the scene.
I'm not saying she's bad. I'm just saying she's not as great as many may believe. She and Demi were very similar when they first began their careers. Strong voices with promise. The difference is that Demi has significantly improved and Christina had not and is regressing.
Christina has a larger overalls range, but that's only because of head register. In the chest register, the one you do most of your singing, Demi has more range.

Exactly! They are expecting too much for a single that hasn't even started yet. Sure she's performed it at the People's Choice Awards and it made it go from being out of the top 1000 to top 300. Is that not enough?

KIIS FM hates Disney singers... They didn't add Skyscraper, and even if they did add GYHAB, then they probably won't even play it that often, just like Selena's LYLALS. I think they have something against the Disney folk. I don't remember how they treated MIley's Party In The U.S.A... lol
