It's good that Unbroken is still top 100 on BB, and Skyscraper hopefully keeps selling 10k every week now  it would only need 14 weeks, so it would go platinum (or at least sell 1m) in like May

You're worrying too much too.
You're talking about a song potentially flopping when it hasn't been sent for adds , minimal airplay and no music video. 
It's top 500 on iTunes due to one performance and has stayed there for, what, a week now?
What good signs is it supposed to show? Do y'all expect it to get great updates without being sent for adds? This is Demi, not Rihanna or Katy, etc.

no but idk, i'd expect it to gain steadily on airplay at least. And get some adds one week before the add date

Like I said, Demi isn't huge on radio. Radios are not going to be jumping on her songs automatically.
Is it decreasing on radio?
I don't remember Love Song getting any adds one week before it's release date, correct me if I'm wrong.
GYFAB is FINE. Like I said before, if it's a few weeks after the adds date and it hasn't entered the top 40 then you guys can worry.

The add date should make some stations notice GYFAB, right?
I just hope it'll have some decent increases from the beginning on, i don't want it to be stuck at like a few million. I mean, i just hope it'll climb, if not fast then at least steadily...

American Idol won't help Skyscraper a lot unless someone does an outstanding audition/rendition of the song, like Chris Medina did with Breakeven by The Script! When he performed it, it sent the dying Breakeven from #200 to #12 on iTunes!!! lol

GYFAB is not Skyscraper. No need to worry. This will not be ignored.
And not necessarily. Most stations will probably not notice this song until it's actually sent for adds.

lol Drew isn t exactly an amazing vocalist and didnt exactly smash the song but when she did Skyscraper it really helped the song

Lol at Christina being technically good. Demi is a far better vocalist. Not even stanning. I'm being serious. At any age, Christina has not had the technique, power, resonance, range, or ease of Demi. She also shows no mucianship or control. Demi is a far better vocalist. She's surpassed one of her influences. In 5-10, let's hope she leaves KC in the dust.
Christina's vocal abilities are far too overrated. And the fact that the other person said that she and Adele of all people are FAR above and in a league of their own is laughable. Look at performances from Christina at the same age, she was a mess. Could barely hit anything above E5 to save her life and had terrible runs and bouts of oversinging.
I'm not saying Demi is immune to those problems are perfect, but she has much better control, chest range, and use of her voice.
Did her complete ownage of Christina on MLJ not convince you enough?

Demi has a lot of competition for adds next Tuesday... She is up against Adam Lambert, The Wanted, and Train... I'm scared again.
