As much as I don't like them pushing back the album...it might serve better to release it 2/21 or 28/11. I do my homework
Adele, selling 100k a week, will get a huge boost that week and I guess the attention will be on her.
If released on 2/14/12 competition:
Adele's boost from her average 100k...the rest won't matter as it is going to be Slaydele's night.
Faith hill is the only big star releasing that day. Her last album sold 329k the first week; however, she had a country #1 promoting that record. Faith's current single is stalling around 26 on the country charts.
90% chance she would debut at #1

I'm still hoping for a 2/14 release but wouldn't mind a 2/21 release. This way, she can score multiple weeks at #1 before March and Monica, Madonna, and Adam lambert comes out with a new album.
