Well Born This Way was hugely successful because of the hype. Besides the Madonna controversy there's not much else. I mean the song didn't cause a movement in Gay rights or anything It's just a feel good song that happens to be one of her bigger hits.

I think it's what people would like to hear, but I don't believe that she's gotten that far in the recording process yet. I think she's done a few songs but I doubt she's finished or has let other people hear any music.

Most likely, I think that song about the decaying pop star will be the first. Since she let the interviewer hear her sing a bit of it. And apparently it has her signature catchy chorus. I'm not going to get too excited though cause they claimed "Judas" was pure "Gaga" before it was released and we all saw what happened Even though it is my favorite track.
