Still doesn't change the fact that he is local..Usher single handedly sold those numbers without even getting any buzz from a group. Justin should be selling 20mill per album with such buzz. Justin hasn't sold 15million end of discussion

You guys should also bear in mind that mediatraffic does not add numbers from certain countries..Most albums have sold more than that
