The delusion in the trinity thread people saying that Katy is bigger than her! and saying that Adele counts as a popstar (tired old argument)
A lot of the people saying that either just don't like Gaga or are only factoring in the sales(number 1's) that Katy garnered in the U.S. And yeah I don't think anyone really sees Adele as a popstar, but they definitely try to conclude her into the pop status when those things come up
They're also saying that Britney was never as talented as Katy Have they even SEEN Britney's VMA performances of the early 00s? Katy couldn't even come close!

I don't think she's a pop star, but the fact she sent her albums and songs to the pop categories on Grammys annoy me. Like, there are soul categories for you.
