I think it's because they don't have a lot of money to spend on their artists.

Selena and Demi are making them money now but that's only 2 artists out of how many they have signed? And even they don't bring in enough money to support HWR fully, I don't think. I don't think HWR has a lot of money.

Remember how before Hilary signed to them they were on the verge of shutting down but Hilary saved them with her massive sales?

I want the first single in July or August and the album release in October with the 2nd single coming out a week or 2 before the album release.

I don't think she should release the album in Nov.
