It was that way before it even started. Ryan, being the Queen he is, couldn't stop saying things like, "What will she wear?" Three years into her career and people still act shocked that she wears "weird" stuff.
I can't say I was disappointed fashion-wise. I screamed when she appeared in that giant ball. She knows how to give the lulz.
