If a member reports someone for something inappropriately, but the user deserves a wp for something else, will they get warned for what they actually deserve?
e.g. if I report someone for "flamebait", when in fact what they need to be reported for is say "trolling", will the user get points for trolling or not get points at all?
Another example, if i report someone for "trolling" when in fact they should be reported for "pointless" or for "annoying" will they get 1 point or no points?
In other words, does the report have to be very very specific?
