While I'd be okay with users knowing that I warned them, I believe in privacy and think you shouldn't be forced to have your name associated. As Celestial has already brought up, some users could make it personal.

As for reported posts, same things applies. If a user wanted to PM someone telling them they reported a post, fine, but they shouldn't be forced to be revealed when they find something uncomfortable. Granted, it seems most reported posts are out of stan-based spite, but I still think the general idealistic idea applies.

Sometimes the stuff you report immediately gets a WP, but the next day exactly the same stuff stays "Already Reported" for eternity.
