Oh and after Gaga came out:

- Katy started "supporting the gays" even though she comes from a supposedly homophobic Evangelical Christian background and wearing cheese blocks on her head at awards shows.
- Nicki started being "down for her gay boys" even though she previously mentioned a gay slur in one of her songs (f---ot) and dressing like she had drenched her dress in Superglue and rolled through a 5 year old's bedroom.

No, it isn't. The gap between BTW and Judas was perfectly reasonable. BTW was dying on radio when Judas was released. Gaga had no control over that.

Before you throw another incorrect statement into the fray, consider this:

California Gurls was released May 11th, 2010.
Teenage Dream was released July 23rd, 2010.
Time difference = 2 months 12 days.

Born This Way was released February 11th, 2011.
Judas was released April 15th, 2011.
Time difference = 2 months 4 days.

So really, she can't be held responsible for her lack of radio support.

And? She should've have thrown out something the public would hate (Judas) if she wanted her other single stick around and get decently recurrent airplay.

Or maybe you want us to conclude the public just wasn't here for BTW and it was forced airplay based on hype, that would be an even more negative explanation, so I don't get your point.

Lastly, using KP figures to try to explain BTW? Those songs aren't even comparable to Gaga's singles.

But I'm not making excuses. Like I said. The reason BTW is #18 the Hot 100 YE is because it lacked airplay longevity. Something for which we can't blame Gaga. Sure, she released the song, but that's like saying:

"It's Gaga's fault she only got to #18, because she released the song."

It IS her fault for not picking singles that radio stations want to play in the long run then, correct?

Stop blaming radio themselves for her not going Top 10 on Billboard. The music speaks for itself and the artist is in charge of what direction that goes in.

My point is that you are blaming her for BTW's lack of radio longevity, which is complete rubbish. As the time difference in those songs show, two months is a typical interval between lead and second singles. So, yes, using Katy Perry's recent era was completely relevant. The amount of recurrent airplay a song gets is not related to the current single. If you actually read what I posted rather than just assuming that what you say is correct, perhaps you could make a more intelligent response.
