If it goes Top 40 before the performance, I think it can go top 20 with the performance.

Top 20 should be enough at least for the promo spot, all things considered. Though, because it's Gaga, at least when it was TF or TFM it should be top 10. However, considering the recent drop in digital power, that doesn't seem realistic. So, If the radio responds to top 20, then it is plausible and should continue to rise.
