Been a long day, but I noticed that Bruno had a bigger negative update for radio than Katy. And I know Bruno wasn't too far ahead of Katy for total airplay. Wonder if all the negative updates for these Christmas days can be so that Bruno gets higher negative...

These charts are only based on radio airplay and sales, right? It's just so insane how many variables come into play for each factor, lol. I am not a guru on these chart things, by far! But it's such a rush to watch it all play out... seems as tho you CAN expect the expected, but the opposite is very much true.. expect the unexpected, lol.

Also, does Katy have a #1 in Canada this week (when charts are updated Thursday).. or is possible for next week? Or what's the dealio? I know #3 is pretty much on lock for the USA... I remember LFN hit #1 in Canada just 1 week before it did in the USA.

I'm pretty sure she already has the most as a lead artist. I think she is tied with Rihanna if you count Rihannas featurings.

i dunno the exact numbers, but i'm sure Rihanna is close to total 3M sellers. Katy has 6. LFN would be 7.

I was thinking the same ...

A LFN cost him nearly a month to get to # 1, but remained in the top 5 ... Will this happen this time, success will come sooner or, finally, it will not?

Well anyways the record I was talking about is that LFN will be the only 5th single or older that sold 3 million. Just like how Firework is the only 3rd single to sell 5 million, and E.T. Is the only 4th single to sell 4 million.

That doesn't include re-releases or special editions.
