I think if her tour struggles and her main source of revenue is affected, she'll do anything. BTW comes from her thinking her tour is like a religion to a horde of loser fans who need to be told they're beautiful...in their own way (she must have looked closely at some ).
Performing in front of empty seats will feel like, **** those losers actually wanted to hear that chains and whips excite them.
I doubt very seriously her tour is going to flop that badly.
I would say that she should keep the tour kinda short, nothing like that earth shattering huge tour that has been going through the rumor mill.
I'm just desperate to know the details of the next era. When it'll begin, what sort of music it'll be, whether or not she'll work with a hit producer on a few songs for a guaranteed smash...

Why must you always resort to that?
Rihanna's a bad example seeing as her tour's US leg barely sold.

I'm still wondering how in the **** she saw the flute player and then found her on Twitter.

This.
PS: I dont want any meltdowns next era.
This eras meltdowns is enough for Gagas whole career

The sad part is that her tour is most likely going to be a world wide smash.
I would actually be really interested in hearing a Dr. Luke/Gaga track Redone usually produces generic trash, but he and Gaga have made some really good songs and I feel she can take it a step further with Dr. Luke or Max Martin or even David Guetta.

Rihanna is not a charismatic performer and she needed 900 number one hits to become a star. Even while I stanned for Disturbia and Umbrella, the two most perfect pop songs you could ask for, I couldn't have cared less about the girl singing them. I used S&M as an example of the type of song people want to hear, not the type of girl people want to watch live.

I doubt she'll be working with Dr Luke after he caused that **** on Twitter when he RTd that tweet about Judas' production being a carbon copy of some random chicks song.

The headlines about their fights in the studio will greatly hype the album.

When it'll begin : I'd say mid-2012.
What sort of music it'll be : think TFM, like Nicole said.
If she'll work with a hit producer : probably not. She likes to stay in her comfort zone and have the control of the creation process. When she works with unknown producers, she can have that control. Dr. Luke, Stargate or Max Martin, for example, would never allow that.
If we really think about it. I don't think Gaga's problem is just the music. Because her lyrics are fine. Of course this era had preachy elements I mean that WAS the theme. She's not necessarily producing the whole album either. I just feel like maybe it's that she needs to change up who it is that's producing her albums. I'm not saying she shouldn't work with DJWS, Or FG but maybe she should mix it up you know? RedOne is also on the verge of becoming overused and sooner or later she will no longer see him as her star. Some of her best stuff was produced by RedOne and Space cowboy. She has a knack for using producers that are not as mainstream and turning her sound into something that's catchy and dance worthy.
All in all I just feel that the sound she was aiming for sonic-ally did not translate well because she most likely had too many ideas (busy on tour) and did not really know how to construct them in a more fluid way radio friendly manner.

As Nicole said, though, maybe if she realises what has happened she'll be so desperate for a hit record that she'll work with anyone
