ok, I'm a marketing specialist and that thing you call "cheating" kind of offends me, that mean we marketing persons cheat all the time...
What Capitol did was just a marketing strategy to achieve their goals, each person in the world have goals, and for them was breaking some kind of record, if Katy gets that #01 with the "One" song, then that will be because their marketing strategies worked; and that is something that we "marketing people" will be proud about, even tho I don't stand for her (just look below my username)
