I agree with the bolded part. The other part, however, is just wrong. If she breaks the record, she is in no way "disrespecting" MJ. Billboard even stated that. Records are broken all the time, that doesn't deminish what MJ has done. It just highlights what Katy has done.

Regardless of the remix(es), the TD singles have performed wonderfully. Each and everyone of them has according to their situation.

i agree, all the singles have performed wonderfully of teenage dream, regardless of whether or not they reached number 1 without remixes/techniques (the most recent 2 singles). that i'm impressed with. not the unnecessary remixes but that's me.

Radio stations will begin to play Christmas songs and best of 2011 songs, so this will obviously affect spin rates and audience impressions. Expect to see negative updates for most of the currently-charting radio songs like WFL, IWR, TOTGA SAIKI, etc. Once this is over, I am assuming around the 1st of the year, expect to see huge gains on the radio songs.

I don't get the big FUSS over Remixes and discounts, Micheal and Mariah were PIONEERS in discounting and remixing to get #1s back in the day, all of sudden this is forgotten, how laughable, pure envy because Katy will set unprecedented records.
